Why does my tablet sudden power down frequently?

problem:

Tablet = SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10.1 2014 EDITION (SM-P601)

the tablet frequently power down when its processor is slightly busy processing

after sudden power down, it cannot be powered on, except i plug it into wall charger

after booting process is complete, I can pull the charger and it goes alive again

but I must manage not to make the processor too busy otherwise it will power down again

I tried to replace the battery with new one, the problem is intact

Is the POWER CONTROLLER IC damaged?

how to identify which IC is POWER CONTROLLER IC?

where to buy? how to install the IC?
