Why can't I hear anything through the speaker on my phone?
I cannot hear the other person when I answer the phone.

Go to your sound settings and make sure the sound is turned all the way
up. If your sound is already turned up, you could have acquired too much
dust, which can easily be fixed by blowing it out. If neither works, the
speaker likely needs to be replaced. Go to
