How do I open this thing?

I have a GSM Moto E2.

Windows says it's an E2.

I have a front-facing camera on the right side of my phone.

That is, for whatever reason theirs have a flash and mine doesn't. Which wouldn't mean too much except theirs also have completely different casing; mine has a strip that I have to remove but leaves me with NOTHING to do after. I'm gathering that i may need to access it by taking off the front but I really just need access to the ribbon cable for the LCD so that I can reattach it. It's come loose.
