Phone works and charges but oil has made display difficult to read and microphone and speaker are both at very low volume. What is best way to clean.... Isopropyl alcohol?

The best way would be a ultrasonic cleaner with some type of cleaner like Brandon electronic cleaner. If not alcohol will help but won't really clean.
