My phone was working perfectly fine but then it run out of battery and now the screen won't work, i can hear it receive messages and when i touch the screen it still vibrates as if it's working. When i put it on charge the lcd screen works and says charging... so i know the screen isn't working. PLease help.

Try a hard rest to see if that fix's the screen issue if not, try opening the phone and disconnecting the LCD/digitizer flex cable and reconnect to see if that solve the problem.

Hello Natasha Campbell,
It seems to be phone gets stuck or core module gets not respond. as as first step just remove and reinstall the battery. turn on the phone and see whether it's working in order.
