Why can I only set a delay timer for 1 hour?

I have turned my device on, and wish to you the delay timer feature but when I hit the button only 1 hour is displayed and I see no button to add time.

The delay timer button's default time is 1 hour if you press the delay timer button again it will add another hour with each press up to a maximum of 15 hours of delay.
