error 4013 and nand error

Hi everybody, i'm working on an iphone 5 that i got with cracked screen, ( it has been cracked under a truck :) )

the porblem is that the phone was working 100% and when i replaced the screen it appear the nand error, surfing on the internet i discovered that was the camera flex so i replaced it with a new one, nothing happened, i putted it in DFU mode and now i have the itunes icon, trying to restore it gave me back the error 4013, i had another original iphone 5 so i replaced the entire screen assembly, still nothing, then i putted the motherboard into another iphone 5 still the same error,

so i'm start thinking that is the motherboard.... ;(

i've also tryed to restore without the camera flex connected and without the screen competelly still the same error

did some one experienced with this error?

is there any component on the motherboard that i will need to replace?

i really appreciate if you can help me with this issue.

thx

Sounds like it's been through a lot. Also sometimes when fixing a phone that worked perfectly broken, breaks more after repair. Here, try some of these

Install the latest version of iTunes.

Restart your computer.

Check for updates to your Mac or PC. If you restart your computer for an update, check for updates again after you restart.

Try to restore your device using another USB cable.

Try to restore your device on another computer.

Force your device to restart.

Well, I think you got to change your NAND GATE chip on the logic board. 4013 Error occurs when there is a communication flaw with CPU.

Remove the NAND GATE chip safely.

Check the NAND chip. If it's fallacious, Replace with a new NAND Chip.

Solder the NAND chip and with the logic board again.

Then connect your iPhone to the PC, and restore iTunes.

Hope it helps. :)
