Why is it not starting up?
my mac mini does not start up it shows a grey bacground wit the apple logo n a timer that s circling n thats it

You're getting a kernel panic. Try starting up from your system installation disk and repairing the drive. If that fails, reformat it and re-install the system.

Try starting it up in safe mode. When you turn the computer on, after you hear the first chime hold down shift until you see the apple logo and the spinner start working, then you can let it go. If it still hangs, report back.
