My screen will not let me swipe, i haven't dropped it and the screen has no cracks or damage to it, I have reset it lots of times holding power button and middle but it still won't swipe... Help!

Sounds like your screen went bad, uncommon with an original iPhone screen to just go out without any drops or damage but anything is possible with electronics. Only way to know for sure is to get a new screen and try it.

I've only had the phone for 2 days it was a replacement, it's a refurbished phone so not sure if the screen is original, when I plugged it in before it had the charger picture with iTunes logo above?
replacement from who? If you've only had it for 2 days I would be calling whoever you got the phone from, sounds like a bad refurbished device

Yeah, it sounds like a defective screen assembly, would take it back to have them replace the phone or screen free of charge. It doesn't matter if the phone is a refurbished one or not.
