Why my phone doesn't run well?

hello everyone.

i have samsung s4 mini gt-i9190 , i put it in the charger then it wont work, i remove the battery and try to turn it on and it wont turn on , after while it turn on ,it shows the logo then the phone turn off and on .

i tried to enter recovery mode ,it shows recovery only then turn off all the time.

just turn on then logo then turn off.

i enter the recovery mode and i downloaded the firmware and moded recovery for my phone and write pass in odin and restart the phone ,it did the same thing stuck on samsung logo .

i need your help .
