Dust between screen layers

First to clarify, i know usually the screens come sealed, and thus this should be a manufactory contamination, but this not the same..

Hi guys! Im just new; i know something about iphones assembling but just the basics, and lots of theory haha

My deal is; a couple of months ago, i dropped my iphone 5s onto a hard surface; good thing; no broken screen, but a small corner of the glass started to pop out because of the dent on the aluminium frame... Everything went just fine for a couple of months; until one day; i realized about some small dust - like particles; at first I thought they were dead pixels; but just 2 days ago; after half screen with these dots; i lifted by the corner the glass; and i could see light; pulled a little more; and i put a card thru the layers with the separation i created lifting the glass; and magic..

The card (and the dust) looked like it was behind the lcd, because all the apps icons and other were in top, but the light was obscured by the card...

For what i see some layer (layers) is still glued to the glass, but others are separated..

I just managed to put a glass cleaning cloth thru and clean some of the dust

My question is, which layers are separated?, how can i fully separate them, clean, and reattach? And finally is necessary any especial glue or something like that?
