Replace and upgrade the logic board

I have MacBook Air (late 2010) 13" (128G) (1.86GHz - MC503LL) and I spilled water on it. The logic board breaks down and I have to replace it. My question is: if I put logic board of MBA late2010 (2.13GHz - CTO) it will work perfectly or not?

Of course I had 1.86GHz 2gb RAM and the new one is 2.13GHz 4gb RAM ..

I think it will fit physically but I don't know if it will work or not?!

Yep the 2.13Ghz board with 4GB of ram will fit perfectly into your machine and run just fine
