After Repair: Home button working, Touch ID not

I just finished swapping my screen after two cracked ones and a malfunctioning one. After these three fixes, everything was working perfectly fine (except for the screen on the last two changes; bought from the wrong person I guess). Now, after putting in the newest screen (and having to readjust the cables as one wasn't in all the way, making this newest screen malfunction…) Touch ID is no longer working. When trying to activate it, it sends me to a "Failed" screen immediately after trying. Does anyone know what this problem would be? I've tried readjusting both Home button connections and nothing seems to work. If I did damage it, can you give me a link to the part I need to repair it? Thanks for any help!

You have to use the OLD home button. I f your new screen came with camera and home button already installed, that is usually the case.

could you be more precise? what IT IS means - you tried it or it comes with home button?

Try to reset the touch ID. Your old touch ID data has been disable after screen replacement.

How'd you go about doing this? Is it something in the OS or the hardware?

Just reset everything. Nothing. Any other ideas?

Your Touch ID is linked to the device you can't replace with new button without loosing the Touch ID function.
