I was gvn this phn gvn to me from my daughter. It was bought on pymnts through Sprint w a month to month airtime. Mk long story short. Here contracted line was disconnected n when they shut it off they did 1 as well. Once reconnected I have no sound. N e solution phn was reset both ways

Try going to Settings, My Device, Accessibility, Hearing. There's a button there to turn off all sounds. Make sure it's not checked.
