do you still have warranty? then contact sony.
There are two common problems, bad powersupply and bad mainboard,
It seems, that you have a unit with a bad mainboard:
Blue light, clicking noise, starting fan and then turning off seems to be a Motherboard problem. Not fixable.

Also it happened because it fell of a high height.
This problem is actually usually fixable. Not always, but most of the time. You might consider having someone try to fix it first. It's not a power supply problem so I wouldn't recommend buying a power supply for it.
This just happened to me and I just found the answer. Got my PS4 in 2015 during Black Friday. I'm 29 now and my PS4 has this issue. Man, end of a lot of memories. I don't know if I should bury my PS4 or just look at it. Feelsbadman... I'm getting old, im going to take a shot of liquor later, after I work my crappy part time job. cheers memories....
