How to replace the battery on a Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13?

I'm trying to replace the battery on a Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 and am having trouble getting the back cover off.

I've taken out the 10 T5 screws on the back and was able to carefully pry the case partially off but the case seems to have a connection in the middle that is not obvious what is holding the back cover to the chassis. Any idea what is the next step is to get the back cover the rest of the way off?

The ifixit search didn't find a repair guide for this model. If anyone knows of a repair guide to replace a Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 13 battery, I would be glad to see it.

I think you only have to remove the top cover (the side with the touch pad on it, etc., as shown in the hardware maintainance manual.

from there, proceed to remove the battery.
