Can you identify the odd connection in the AT&T/Samsung Captivate?

The new Samsung Captivate (SGH-i897) has an odd connection that many are speculating maybe ground or antenna (with all the interest in cell phone antennas lately). Pictures can be found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthre...

Is there any way you could possibly find out or explain what those connections are doing?

antenna would make sense - since most mobile phones are build some kind of clustered - the contacts on the pcb should led to the point of origina - and i gues it has something to do with the features of the phone:

Cellular Networks: GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, UMTS850, UMTS900, UMTS1900, UMTS2100

Cellular+Data Links: CSD, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA

Bluetooth: Bluetooth 3.0

Wireless LAN: 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n

and of course AGPS

to get this all managed, you need antennas - and you need more than one for that ;-)
