Have you tried replacing the battery?

iPhone 5 Vervanging van de batterij

door

no because the phone is slighty bent so apple said they will not be able to do it so i just got a new phone

You will have to get your hands dirty with this one Samantha and connect a new battery to the battery connector even tough your phone is bent you will still be able to retrieve your data by connecting it to iTunes.

The only way to recover your photos will be to hook up a new battery to the phone. Nothing is generally stored on a SIM card besides contacts, so you will not be able to recover pictures that way. Apple told you it wouldn't work anymore because they only want to get you into a new phone. If the battery is truly the only issue, then you need to order a new one, open your iPhone, and hook up the new battery. Then you can connect to iTunes to backup everything on the phone. You don't even have to fully install the new battery, just plug it and then connect to iTunes. This is the only way to recover data from the phone. Hope this helps

thank you so much!! just to like be clear i dont need to put the front back on the phone correct?

No need to re-install the front. Just carefully disassemble it and try not to rip out any cables. You don't need to completely remove the front in the first place though. Just remove the two small screws at the bottom of the phone, carefully lift the screen up from the bottom and tilt it up. While the screen is up, remove the the small shields with the Philips head screws to the bottom-right side of the battery. Now you can disconnect the old battery and push the cable aside. Plug the new one in and just let it lay wherever. Now you can plug it into iTunes and get everything off it!
