Why won't my blackberry z10 charge or turn on

I was on my way home from the airport yesterday and my Blackberry Z10 died at 20% which would normally last me at least an hour. I got home hoping that once its plugged in it will turn back on but nothing happened no orange or red LED to show signs of charging or booting. I thought maybe it was completely drained so I left it for two hours but still nothing. I used different chargers nothing, I then used my own charger on other phones they worked with it perfectly. Does anyone know any possible problem and solution or how it could be fix !?!?!?

It’s possible that all this is a battery related issue, and you just need to replace your battery.

While this is true, the BlackBerry line normally shows a light even with no battery, and the Z10 would have a no battery symbol on the screen.

So that's just more issues that have to be fixed and starting with the battery sounds right!

The fact that the OP says the charge light doesn't show up suggests the port as the light should still show even with a removed battery is what I'm saying. If the OP has the technical level to open the phone and check the pinouts then the post I made should suffice. The only way it won't work is if their model is not one of those I've posted.

Considering the age of the post the phone is probably replaced long ago. I've just put the info there for general knowledge.

The USB port is most likely damaged. I’ve only worked on the STL100-1 and STL100-3. Please see the photos of the pinouts below.
