My contract with Bell Canada is almost finished.
Is it possible for me to unlock my iPhone 5s from my carrier?

It certainly is, most of the time if you speak with someone from the carrier, they can do it for you :-)

For me to do it.
Technically, that is 'you' doing it, as 'you' are requesting it.
You can't do it yourself unless you have access to Apples GSX unlocking servers. Which by the way, hardly anyone outside of Apple does.

But what about the websites that offer an unlock for a fee?
They can do it yes, sometimes they charge a lot more than it should be though, even eBay listings work :)
