upon finishing the display repair on my iphone 5s, my ear speaker is not working.
What could possibly cause this? Ear speaker damaged? contact springs damaged? or front camera power flex cable?

Could be all of the above. It is possible that the contact springs aren't making a connection or the cable was damaged. Also check the connector to the logic board.
