My phone is not turning on

Yesterday night i used my cell phone it was perfectly working and 33% charging was left and when i woke up my phone was off i tried turning on conected to a charger pulled out battery reinserted it but nothing changed ... I have tried almost every thing avaliable on internet like soft reset hardreset etc but my phone won't turn on . My friend said it could be a G tech or J tech (I dont remember the word exactly) problem. please help me
