iPhone 5s bottom microphone not working on call and voice memo app

Hi I've been having a problem with my iPhone 5s bottom mic after replacing the battery. It doesn't work on voice memos and people who calls me says that they can't hear me when calling. Is there any way to fix this? Also I did try hard reset, replaced the bottom mic/lightning connector but I still can't find the solution. I also made a research about how to make the mic going it said that to put some kind of card on top of the IC audio whatever that is to put pressure on it but I don't know if it will fix it because I never wanted to open my iPhone again because I might damage some other things in it. And I found another research saying that to check the capacitors of the mic if it's damaged etc. but I don't know where it's located at.

UPDATE

I just opened the my iPhone for one last time and I saw that a tiny capacitor (if that's what you call it) next to the battery connector, the 3 capacitors on the far right handside, the middle one came off. Do you think that capacitor has something to do with the bottom microphone?

try changing your 5s charge port. the charge port controls the mic and speaker for memos ring tones, music, etc...

the charge port flex cable? Yeah, but I just changed that 3 days ago and still it doesn't work like it used to be.

And everything on my phone works fine after replacing the charger port flex cable except the microphone.

I believe the mic on the front camera flex acts as a noise cancellation mic. Try a new front camera assembly.

Mic next to front camera works when I take a video.

well then it sounds like a motherboard fault ! sounds like something on the logic board could have broke off or could have damaged when dissembling
