from 10.4.11 to 10.7! (867MHz; 1.12 GB ram) is it possible?

As the title, I would like to know if it is possible move from 10.4.11 to 10.7 (or something close to) and which hardware I have to buy and how to instal them.

...or please tell me another way to improve my old Mac, PowerBook G4; 867MHz; 1.12 GB ram
