iPhone can only charge by 1 type of cable.

My iPhone 6 left 5% and I wanted to charge but it can't! I use 4 different type Apple original Lightning connector and tried both side and it not working. So, I quickly back up my phone, still can back up thru computer but not charging. This happen 6 month ago, I tried to send back warranty, but Apple reject it. So, I started repair it myself. I replace the battery, also replace charging port but still not working. And today, it is 6 months later, I left my iPhone dead for 6 month. I used my another iPhone 6 to charge my running low battery from the old iPhone. I charge till 30% and I put it back to the old iPhone 6. And it turned on again, everything still there. But it still can't be charge. I restore and update it. I tried again using different cables hope to have a miracle. I tried all 4 Apple Original Cable and iPhone said "This cable or accessory is not genuine." I tried to think, "If Apple cable is not genuine so which is genuine?" So I am going to find a cable that is not genuine. I find my old China Lightning connector I bought 2 years ago for my iPhone 5. And it works and start charging! *I bought 3 different type of china cable only works with 1 type*. But the problem is I can only get 5% for 40mins charge. And why can only be charge by 1 cable? What should I do if this cable broken?

The problem is with a charging controller located inside of the iPhone. Looks like it's been fried at some point. It needs to be replaced, but Apple don't provide such service.
