New Battery was Charging but stopped.

I got a new battery online, From the start i was questioning how good it was. When you get a new battery there's is a little charge in them, Well this one was dead. When i put it in and i charged it up the charge bar would always stay on 100% it wouldn't move. Now this morning i went and plugged it in to charge it and it doesn't want to charge, When i plug it in it shows that it's connecting but not taking a charge. Can you help me out. Thanks Jim
