Hi Michelle. To be able to help you answer your question we would need a lot more information so we know what problem you are having.
What is the original problem you have? Is the screen black? Are there lines going through the screen? Is the screen discolored?
Is this a water damage issue or an issue that randomly popped up? Was the device dropped?
Is it a tablet or a computer? A model number would be the most helpful thing to provide.

I have a acer tablet the LCD flex cable part number_64424200600070 is bad. Can I repair the pins on end of it and how.It works but black screen only.

Most likely you will not be able to repair the pins themselves on the flex cable that you have. Have you tried looking for a replacement cable to just swap out with? If you can provide the model number of the tablet I can see if it's a part that's available (the model number of the tablet is usually on the back of the tablet at the bottom).
Out of curiosity, how did the pins become bad? Were you attempting a different repair at the time?
