Other than Apple where can I send an iPhone in for repair?

Done trying myself looking for someone reputable (other than Apple) to save any information out of the iPhone even if they need to totally rebuild from scratch using only essential parts to save the information in the iPhone. Willing to purchase New host iPhone 3g.
