Im reading .4 ohms across button whether its in the open or closed position and the system reads a constant depressed status. Are there replacement cards on order anywhere and where can i get them? its a real simple fix and i dont see the part being more then $3.00.

I don't think anyone's selling them yet. You could contact Nintendo or simply arrange a repair if you have a valid warranty. You could also contact iFixit directly; I know they sell older 3DS parts and they might know how to get you the newer ones.
