My phone got wet with salt water went i went to the beach, i checked it and it still works but there were like weird white stains on it. so i shut it down and didn't use it for a day, opened it again and it still works. what should i do? should i have it checked just in case? is it gonna break in a few days? or is it just fine?

if the board got wet only for a few seconds then chances are 90% that your phone will fail along the line. It can be days, weeks or months until it is beyond repair.
Waterdamage on phone has to be dealt with by properly cleaning it. Even if they seem fine, the corrosion will progress.
