Did not work when I open facebook it is only on half page not full page

Hmm, that's interesting. I'm not sure why that is. The only other advice I could give is to try using Google Chrome or Firefox for Android. You can install them by searching for their names in the Google Play Store.

Do you mean full scale as in same view as you get on a desktop browser? If so you may be going to https://m.facebook.com/ instead of https://www.facebook.com.
If you go to the first link you will get a version of Facebook that is optimized for phone-sized screens.
