How can I solve this earphones problem?

I have an Iphone 5. When I am using the earphones, the sound is likely one-sided on the right ear. It is so annoying. And when there is no sound playing, you can hear on the left ear little buzzing sound. It becomes faster and louder when you slide on the touchscreen constantly.

There are a few things I have tried so far but no success:

- Options>Accessibility>Monoaudio ON/OFF, and audiobalance L/R

- Clean the audio jack hole multiple times and every method

- Insert the audio jack slowly in and out and sometimes you can hear the sound it used to be, but it is impossible to hold and leave it there.

- Other earphones/headsets that do works, still same problem

- And finally I managed to replaced the whole dock connector with a new one (which include the speaker, audio jack hole and the charger)

So does anyone know how to solve this ... because this is driving me crazy. My iPhone's warranty is expired and Apple Genius would probably telling me you better buy a new one or it will cost you this much amount of money to get it repaired.

Thanks,

Teamsum

There's one key piece of information missing: can you replicate the problem with different headphones?
