Why don't my videos have sound?
I have recorded a video on my camera, but when I play it back, I can't hear any sound. My camera is not muted or anything.

You speaker can be damaged or the wires between the speaker and camera became disconnected. Follow this guide for replacement instructions.

RE step 13 --- those are the speaker wires you cut, not the microphone!
Facrory reset it. I had the same problem bt I resetted it.
