Chime not working after reassembly

I repaired my backlight yesterday and the laptop is working great except that my startup chime is no longer working.

Clearly I damaged or disconnected something when putting it all back together.

I have reseated the RAM, reset the PRAM, and the speakers and headphone jacks seem to work fine, though the internal speakers are quiter than I remember.

Can someone please give me an idea of what to look at for damage? I have no idea what cable or connected operates sound. I appreciate the help.
