Why is my battery draining so quickly?
I use my tablet for only about an hour and within that time the battery is almost dead. The battery seems to drain even when the tablet in not turned on.

I'm so sorry you're having this issue. One of the only ways to fix this problem with this tablet is to replace the internal guts of it, which includes the battery. We have some very nice guides on the matter written on the device's page. Hope this helps!

So if it's under warranty, should we/can we return it for repair?
I also have this issue. The tablet can't handle too much space in the hard drive. The fewer the apps, the longer the battery. I'd recommend a flash drive or an SD card to keep games on. This way, the computer's battery is preserved, and you can keep your applications.
Charging the computer is my biggest I problem. I like to play games on the TV with a USB mouse, USB keyboard, and the likes. When plugged in, the battery slowly depletes rather than charging. The computer usually handles a 5 volt charger via AC or USB. If you run a lot of battery draining stuff on your computer, i'd recommend a higher voltage. Too much of that could burn it out, but a small extra dose between 5 and 6 could be helpful.
Overall just get some external memory accessories and a charger with more horsepower. Good luck with your problem.

I have an RCA Voyager (actually 2 of them) the 1st one just started to not charge or hold a cgarge after about a year, so I just got another one and now 1 month later, it just stopped charging the dc port charger it comes with and tkes 7 hrs to charge by usb. then dies in 15 minutes. whats up?

you're lucky, yours lasts an hour at least. I only get 15-20 min then it just goes blank until i recharge

Its probably that you charge and use it at the same time.

Your lucky mine last 3 minutes. And dont charge at all i have to live my tablet plugged in to even come on

I would check and what apps you have on there, because some times apps will drain you battery. Also I would put you back light on auto cause that would drain your battery.
