I recently dropped my tablet and now the screen appears to replace black with green, And the appearance of the screen is similar to an old TV's screen resolution when you have to knock on the top to get a clear image. I have no clue what to do I need help. ._.

Hi Jasmine it sounds like your LCD has a loose connection or has been damaged.

If it was working and the first drop distorted the picture and it never returned to normal quality, and if dropping it again made it better but not normal and a few more times has made it even worse than I would say that something has been damaged. Either the LCD itself, the LCD flex cable or its connection on the logic board may have been damaged. The cable may also have been loosened and needs reseated in its connection.

Not sure if you have a cracked screen or not but if so you will want to look into getting the LCD/Digitizer replaced. The touch sensing is the digitizers job and the LCD just displays the picture.

You can try doing a hard/factory reset on the device. If that does nothing I would try opening the device and checking its components for damage. Mainly the LCD, LCD flex cable and connection to the logic board.

To do a hard/factory reset:

First turn off your device.

Press and hold the Volume Up and Power Button simultaneously.

Wait until the logo is displayed on the screen to release the Power button but keep pressing the Volume up button.

Once a system menu is displayed release Volume up button.

In the menu use the volume button to move between options.

Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and select with the Power button.

This should fix it if it is software related.
