iPhone's no sound ingoing and outgoing make a call

I have iPhones 5s 32gb, one day my iPhone's fall down, so my iPhone's no sound ingoing and outgoing make a call, I try to use headphones but it's no sound make a call,but I test voicemail and iTunes can hear a sound clearly. So I want to information to help me about my iPhone's .

How I to do fix it, can anyone help me,thanks alot
