I deleted the software by mistake, can I recover it?
My iPod shuffle model a1271
and i deleted its software by mistake, including the voice messages and every thing , is there anyway to recover it?

If you plug it into your computer and start iTunes you should be able to restore it to factory settings. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "the software on the iPod," but hopefully a factory restore will fix that. You will lose your music files, but from what it sounds like, your iPod is currently out of commission.

why not just reinstall the software, or restore from iTunes?
