Phone not only gives a picture vibrates

Respect, I bought the iphone 5 in good condition, defect was r-sim and front-facing camera which is blurry, the rest is done perfectly. The problem arose when I opened the phone to make a little cleaned the camera. Then I closed the phone or on the display I had pictures in black only, when you connect your phone to the computer opens the normally itunes or phone non-stop vibrating. What do you think that the failure of display or something else?

Many possibilities:

A/ You damaged your screen's cables and now you need to replace your screen;

B/ You damaged something on the logic board during your first repair and this needs advancedl skills and special tools to repair;

C/ You screen is improperly connected and you need to reseat it;

D/ You need to power cycle your phone (disconnect then reconnect the battery);

If I were you, I'd start with simple things. Try the following steps and let us know what happens:

A- Hard reboot your iPhone (press & hold Home Button + Power Button together for ~12 seconds);

If still no image:

B- Disconnect your screen,

- Disconnect then reconnect your battery,

- Reconnect your screen, make sure it is properly seated;

- Hard-Reboot your iPhone

- Connect to iTunes or Wi-Fi to reset time and date;

- If still "searching," hard-reboot again.

I got used iphone 5 which shows an error and should be 14 during next week that we arrived so I'm going to replace digital displays and checking in to see if the problem digital displays. If it is not then I will go step by step how you've written

If the new screen works ok, don't throw away the old screen. Put it back and try all the steps to know if it is bad or was not properly installed.
