iPhone stuck in apple logo after it died helpp

hey my iphone 5s died and i plugged it in and it started to boot up and now its stuck on the apple logo and i try to hold the power button and home to restart it and it reboots up and is just stuck on the logo what do i do please help

also after a long time it goes blue then black and it just reboots again and is still stuck
