LCD Problem After Replacement

I have replaced many Ipad Mini digitizers however the last 4 in a row I have replaced after I test them they have damaged LCD panels and Ive had to replace them. What can I be doing wrong Im doing everything the same as before nd have just started having this happen. I remove the lcd tape carefully and dont cut anything I need help.

If the LCD's come out broken, I'd say you are not careful and gentle enough when removing the LCD from the iPad Mini.

I recommend that you carefully follow iFixit's guide until step33. Then for steps 34 to 41, be very patient and to separate the LCD from the metal plate: instead of guitar picks, use floss (or some similar thread) or a plastic card (credit-card shaped, but thinner and softer, such as the ones found in screen saver kits).
