No USB Data, likely motherboard damage

Weeks ago

--------------

I purchased a Nexus 4 from Ebay a few weeks back. Upon arrival, it would not charge and played dead when plugged in (red notification light for a while). Eventually I discovered my Qi wireless charger would get it going, then USB would charge fine. This was never an issue again.

However, a persistent issue is that there was never any USB data (on any of 4 machines I have tried). I have attempted this on two Linux machines, and even in recovery adb shows "no devices found".

Last Week

---------------

I swapped out the daughterboard for the microusb port with a new one. The I don't get data and it doesn't charge via usb. I put the old one back in and it charges fine, so I return this broken one.

Today

-------------

I receive a replacement daughterboard and install it. USB charging works like with the original, but still no data. Upon cleaning (assuming I got dust somewhere) I notice there is a broken microelectronic part. When I discovered it wiggles I stopped and immediately put the USB flex cable back in. Is this solderable? Does anyone know if this could be my issue?

Here are two photos of the affected part (warning, _large_ images):

TL;DR: No ADB or data on many computers, with several cables. Assuming I broke the motherboard. Advice?

To update the speaker likely isn't working as well, which is all along that connection I believe. The microphone does work... which is also down there.
