I used the web site to find out what model iPod touch I have but run into a problem after I select A1367. The next page says I must have an 8, 32 or 64 gig size. Mine is a 16 gig size.
Is there a mistake in the ifixit web site or what? I presume I have a 4th generation ipod. Is that right?

You have an iPod Touch 4th Generation. I looked into it, and while the first two revisions of the 4th gen Touch only came in 8, 32, or 64 GB, the final end-of-product version, released in 2012, was available in 16 or 32 GB sizes.
All four sizes will have the same guides and procedures, so you can follow the link to the device page on the top right. We'll get the identification tool updated, thanks for finding that issue!
