Software update Sept 2014

After installing the latest update I have had a number of problems. The World Clock has stopped, The video player has stopped, My e-mail accounts appear to have stopped syncing. A number attempts to resolve the issues have proved fruitless and, having resorted to a Factory reset, I am unable to proceed beyond re-registering my Samsung account
