The unit wont power up by battery or by wall plug and when attached to the charger the charging light comes on for about 10 seconds then shuts off i have tryed 3 differnt chargers they all work fine on other ds lites

From what I am reading it seems to be in need of an electrical repair. The fuses have blown and will need to be replaced. There you tube videos that show where and what to replace as well as fuses for sell on eBay that are the proper size (0603) and current (1-amp) they are surface mounts so a certain level of soldering capability will also be needed to fix the problem.

I have the same probelm with a like new DS Lite. Why do the fuses blow out? Thanks Eduardo
