Screen Cover Broke, What options do I have?

I was out running the other day, and my iPod dropped on pavement.

Luckily (I think) it still works - all but the glass screen cover broke and came off. Everything else works fine.

Here's a picture of what came out -

Sorry they're blurry, but I think you can get the idea.

I'm assuming that if I get a replacement screen I can just snap it into place.

I also assume I can get a replacement screen somewhere.

Can someone tell me what I can do about it? Maybe where I can get a replacement cover?

Hi,

eBay is a great place to find all the parts you could need for an iPod/iPhone or literally any well known device.

Do a eBay search for the part you need, normally it is pretty straight forward. In you case i would search "iPod nano front screen" or something similar.

My experience with eBay is repairing iPhone screens since the original came out. So have confidence.

Remember the iPod Nano is one of the most difficult teardowns out there. Be sure to read iFixit's iPod Nano repair guide before doing anything!

as varsity mentioned - use ebay to locate the part - search for: iPod nano 4th front glass

but many sellers are from china - if you want it fast, use the sellers in your area.

use the ifixit guide to install the fron t glass
