Is my i5 suppost to make a ticking noise all the time

We just bought a quad core iMac just 2 months ago, after 2 weeks of having it, it started to make a noisy ticking sound. So we took it in and they replaced the hard drive fan and when we got it home it was louder , so then they replaced the cpu fan and it still makes noise. Is this normal?

I'd suspect either the power supply (some iMacs had issues with that) or the harddrive is slowly dying. Would be nice if we could upload audio files here ;-)
