Our HP camera is an earlier model and I cannot find a manual to help fix it. My husband dropped the camera on a hard surface. It will not work. I have tried everything. Anyone have any suggestions

thanks. My husband who dropped the elderly camera has finally decided to buy a newer model rather than try to fix it so we will find a place to recycle it. WE usually go to Staples, so I will check there because they use a good recycling company. Thanks for your help

Ann Marwick, you did not tell us what error or when you get the error message. The most common issues with digital cameras after a drop is a stuck lens, which will give you an error at startup. Check on here for some ideas of how to deal with a stuck lens. Hope this helps, good luck.
