Slow WiFi on one device

Hello,

I've got a kinda weird problem. When I'm at home my WiFi speed is really slow, it takes like 5 seconds to send a WhatsApp message. When I'm at my friend's home and connect to his WiFi I don't experience any slow WiFi, also on 3G it's faster then my WiFi at home. My parents also both have an iPhone 4s and they don't experience any problems at home, so I think it isn't the router settings or something.

I tried resetting network settings but it didn't help.

I tried resetting my iPhone to factory but it didn't help either.

Can someone help me with this weird problem?

If it's working on friends and other wifi and not at home it's not a iPhone fault but your home router

This is just a question I'm sure no one can really answer but if wifi is working everywere else normal but home then it's the routers faulty I'm guessing
