Can't access data on 1 TB Seagate Pocket External Hard Drive?

Cant access my Data on this External hard Drive, I can on android tablet but not on any windows system did try on win 8.1 and win 7, did it from a Desktop , Laptop , work workstation on win 7 etc.. worked on my Android Tablet with no issue, also does work on a WD Multi-Media device, just FYI, am assuming it may be related to a Corrupted Deep Freeze Software which I have installed on my System which did Cause my win 8.1 do halt the Shut-Down PC system on my win 8.1 which I have get it rebuilt, I did all from Check disk you name from Computer manager etc... if you right mouse click oin the Drive you will see Zero data on it, however if you go to computer manager and you access it from there you will see the normal used and empty data on this drive, so I cant figure out and on how to access this DATA,

so IF any Clue , Pls Let me Know , would be Awesome to find a Resolution to this,

by the way, when you do try to access the data on this Drive via window , an exception come up with Access denied, cant locate.
